A graduate of Columbia College Chicago with a degree in Graphic Design, Jennifer has worn many hats in the printing industry. From being an Art Direction intern at an ad agency to working at a family-run print shop, her experiences have been as diverse as her skill set. She even ventured into the realms of Health Insurance Claims Subrogation, working as a Third Party Liability Investigator and gaining valuable customer service experience.
As Jennifer reflects on her past, she emphasizes her dedication to creating a better work-life balance, a goal she aims to achieve in the coming months. Beyond her immediate goals, she recently gained insight into customer service distinctions, learning about the significance of Customer Experience (CX) versus User Experience (UX). This newfound knowledge adds a layer of depth to her role, emphasizing the importance of client interactions.
When asked how she would describe her team, Jennifer highlights the considerate nature of her colleagues. She explains, “Management really cares that we succeed. It is great working with such a creative, fun, and welcoming team.”
