After purchasing majority ownership of Liberty Creative Solutions (LCS) in 2008, Angela Hipelius had a vision for innovating Liberty Creative Solutions as a Woman-owned Business in a predominately male-led industry. The first step in this goal was achieved in 2009, when LCS became a National WBE Certified organization through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). Over the next decade, Angela continuously researched and invested in new technologies, all while balancing being a working mother and CEO. As a result, Angela has significantly grown our business by expanding services to include a wide range of integrated marketing, design and print solutions.

Aside from her success at Liberty, Angela has created a significant impact on the surrounding communities with the Liberty Gives Back initiative. Each year, through employee team-building contests, silent auctions and raffles, we fundraise or gather supplies for 2-3 local charities. Previous recipients that have benefited include PAWS Tinley Park, Together We Cope, Wreaths Across America and Meals on Wheels. Our employees love giving back and have shown it through the thousands of dollars raised and numerous supplies delivered over the years.
Did You Know? LCS is one of the first Certified WBEs in the country to own and operate the Océ ProStream digital web press, the latest in high-speed, full-color variable digital print technology in the industry.
