In recognition of the outstanding female leaders at Liberty Creative Solutions (LCS), this spotlight celebrates their achievements and contributions to the dynamic world of print advertising. With a commitment to diversity in leadership, LCS aims to inspire future generations while empowering women to excel in various roles within the organization, fostering creativity, excellence, and exceptional client experiences.

This month, we are proudly turning the spotlight on the exceptional women who lead the way here at Liberty Creative Solutions Inc., setting new standards of excellence in the dynamic world of print advertising. In an industry that constantly evolves, we recognize the significance of diversity in leadership and the fresh perspectives it brings. Madisen Hipelius, Promotional Products Division Manager of LCS, emphasizes Liberty’s goal of not only highlighting female voices, but serving as an inspiration for future generations. She explained, “When we as women support each other, our strength and collective success is amplified and acts as a guiding light to the next generation.” Madisen hopes to continue the legacy of empowered women at LCS that began with her mother, owner and chief executive officer, Angela Hipelius. As a dedicated leader to the company, Angela’s core vision is the aspiration to cultivate a thriving and successful organization, she elaborated, “My hope is to pave the way for the next generation of professionals so that LCS will continue to flourish and exceed all expectations.”

LCS is fortunate to have a group of outstanding female leaders who are instrumental in making this vision a reality. Notably, this past June, Jeannette Guilfoil joined the LCS team as Director of Operations, bringing with her an impressive 31 years of experience in the industry. With unwavering determination, Jeannette is poised to elevate Liberty’s operations to new heights, fostering even greater productivity and efficiency for the business. In addition to exceeding operational expectations, LCS’ primary objective is to consistently deliver an exceptional client experience throughout all departments. Brooke Scibior is the company’s Creative Services Manager, whose primary focus lies in nurturing growth within the design department while delivering unique and creative solutions to our clients.

She remains readily available to implement any changes based on feedback clients may have regarding their design services. This philosophy and building strong personal connections with clients is a cornerstone of her approach. Brooke highlights this perspective as an advantage of having empowered women in the workplace, “Women are multitaskers by nature and bring a sense of patience and passion into the workplace. When placed into leadership roles, we flourish and in turn so do our companies!” At Liberty, utilizing passion as a driving force for providing top-notch customer service remains a crucial element of our foundation. As a result, Karri Johnson, Liberty’s Customer Service Manager, also plays an integral role in company operations. Karri takes great care in ensuring that each client receives the utmost attention. She strives every day to provide the best service possible, which is her primary professional goal.

A more inclusive workplace provides a broader range of perspectives and a greater capacity for us to arrive at the most unique solutions. By highlighting the stories of our female leaders, we hope to inspire and empower women currently seeking leadership roles. We also encourage other organizations to recognize the immense value of diversity and foster an environment where every individual has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
