Meet Aaron Wise, a valued member of the Liberty Creative Solutions (LCS) team, who has been with the company for the past seven months. In this Employee Spotlight, we take a closer look at Aaron’s journey at LCS, his interests, and his aspirations.
Aaron’s role at LCS has transformed significantly since he first joined. Starting with little knowledge of the intricate world of printing, he embarked on a journey of discovery. His role initially focused on onboarding, transitioned into prospecting, and ultimately reached the exciting phase of selling, which he notes “Is obviously the BEST part!”
When asked about his favorite aspect of working at LCS, Aaron was quick to respond with “Working with team members and an organization that are passionate about success!” Being part of a group that is resolute in its pursuit of excellence has been a major source of motivation for Aaron since day one. Describing his team, Aaron provides a vivid image of a dynamic workplace. Each day offers fresh opportunities for learning and growth. Some days go smoothly, while others are as bumpy as a wooden rollercoaster. “One thing is for sure, I honestly couldn’t do it without the outstanding team members here at Liberty and I was fortunate enough to know that before I started working here” he voiced.
Aaron’s interests and hobbies outside of the office may come as a surprise to his colleagues. He has a diverse range of interests, including cycling, concerts, tackling challenging puzzles, savoring fine bourbon, enjoying beach vacations, cheering for the Minnesota Vikings, and cherishing his family.
When asked what is one thing he would like others to know about his role, he specified that he wishes people had a better understanding of the complexity involved in handling objections and managing client expectations in his role. It’s a skill that is easier said than done, and Aaron tackles these challenges with determination and tenacity.
Reflecting on his journey, Aaron imparts a piece of advice he would give to his younger self – experience and qualifications do not define an individual. He explained this philosophy noting, “If you Dare to Dream and Desire the Destination, anything and EVERYTHING is possible.” As he looks ahead, Aaron’s primary focus is on continuous learning and growth. He aspires to soak up as much knowledge as possible from his experienced peers while actively seeking new opportunities to contribute to the business’s expansion.
Aaron’s enthusiasm, love of learning, and unwavering commitment to excellence make him a cherished member of the LCS team. As he continues to embrace challenges and triumphs, there is no doubt that Aaron is well on his way to achieving success at Liberty Creative Solutions.
